Hehe I dunno what a tablet is. I just use the pen tool and the fill in bucket. @_@

Oh xD a tablet is like a big computer drawing board. People use that to cg. It looks like the pad thin on a laptop where you finger goes but much much bigger. Pro's use it and stuff. You can get it for over $100. I'm going to get one!xD
