lol of course the answer is yes. Your pokemon start off w/ more life and basically, unless I have a super effective move you usually have the right moves to beat it
BTW i'm going to sleep now so choose a move and i'll respond tommorow

It can. Remeber level is not that imporant in a pokemon battle like they say in the show

Go again your quick attack was so fast that it slowed pikachu down a little and let you attack again (this is the beauty of quick attack occasionally)
