This feebas specifically will gain love and evolve for you if you can get it up to lvl 15

No unless you buy it. BTW for Pachirisu my thinking is for now just use the attacks that pikachu has, until we get further info on its attacks

Feebas at 24 hp.
Feebas uses Flail (10 dmg)
BTW how much life does Chinchou have? Post hp of all pokemon in your siggy please

Feebas at 5 hp.
Feebas uses another flail (strongest so far) - does 20 dmg
Chinchou at 46 life
If you are confused w/ flail getting stronger its that it gets stronger as pokemon using it gets weaker in hp.
BTW i found out something cool abotu chinchou, if you battle an electric pokemon it gains experience from electric moves (up to 25%)
