Ok i guess i determine the damage your pokemon do and you determine the damage my pokemon does...
Treecko took 20 dmg.
Treecko at 70 hp.
Treecko uses Screech. Your hp is still 120 but my attack double in power now (your defense weakened)

Treecko uses Slam (a very strong normal attack which gets doubled in damage now... if you are confused it should do at least 40 dmg - and thats bare minimum)
